Our real estate software has helped the Noel Jones Rentals team achieve significant time savings. Since working together we have recorded 21,400 tenant enquiries.

With an average process time of 5 minutes per tenant lead throughout the campaign, we have achieved a time saving of 34 hours a week. That is equivalent to a week long workload of a full time staff member.

Growing the Rent Roll

The Real Estate Bookings BDM module has recently converted 16 investors to their rent roll so far. Each new property management has an approximate annual value of $5,000, offering a total yearly value of $80,000 to the Noel Jones Blackburn, Mitcham and Wantirna property management team.

Another 14 investors have signed up with the property management team who are currently awaiting settlement of their investment property. This pipeline represents an additional $70,000 in business value to add to the above results.
